All orders ship from Montreal Quebec Canada. Local pick up is available (for more info please Email us)
Processing:
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are generally processed within 24 hours. However, during windows of high demand, we may require up to 15 business days to process and ship your order. We are a small team and do our best to ensure that every order is sent as soon possible
Shipping options:
All parcels will include a tracking number via CANADA POST or USPS.
Terms:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout. we are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier
"I received my package, but I got the wrong items. What do I do now? "
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive defective items, missing items, or the wrong order please email us with your name, order #, and a brief explanation. We will arrange an exchange with you.
