The customer is solely responsible for tracking shipments and resolving any issues directly with the shipping company. Any errors or concerns must be addressed with the courier.

General Info:
All orders ship from Montreal Quebec Canada. Local pick up is available 

Processing:
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are generally processed within 24 hours. However, during windows of high demand, we may require up to 14 business days to process and ship your order. We are a small team and do our best to ensure that every order is sent as soon possible

Shipping options:

North American orders are shipped via USPS and Intelcom.

European and international orders are shipped via Asendia.

All shipping prices are based on weight.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
